Concurrently with celebrating its first anniversary, UFT plans to once again take

part in Mobile Entertainment Market - an

international forum to take place in London on May 24-25, 2006.

Last year, UFT, a newly established company, took part in the Mobile Entertainment

Market forum for the first time, making

a powerful statement to the world's mobile entertainment industry. Now, one year on,

the company is proud to name more than

50 partners worldwide with extensive sales in Asia and Europe.

"We are very happy to be at MEM again. Last year we really strengthened our market

presence," commented UFT Global Sales

Director Andrei Kupriakhin. "But there is still a lot to be done next year." "At

this year's MEM, we plan to meet with our

partners and tell them about our new products", he added. "And we are looking

forward to making new friends across the

industry."

Traditionally, at MEM, UFT will showcase the products and services of its founders,

i-Free, HeroCraft and FounDreams, the

frontrunners in Russia's mobile value added services market with scores of

competitive, quality products to offer for GSM

and 3G networks. The products and services to be exhibited by UFT include J2ME

mobile phone games, multimedia content and

Jamango, a unique and so far unrivalled introductions package incorporating the

latest in communication technology.

UFT welcomes visitors to its stand #B109. To meet with a UFT executive at MEM,
